Eva Maass and I collaborated for a decade on classical projects, pop music and video game music. Eva sang, played flute, bass and percussion for many Walz Music tracks. Most of the flute in Aveyond is her playing. We had a goal of releasing a classical album for her. After sifting through the archives, I found these tracks and have edited and mastered them to finally see the light of day. I have joined her for some duets. Please enjoy. Though Eva has moved away, she is so loved and thought about all the time. I hope you hear the mastery and joy in her performances. Eva loves the Solstice, thus the title. Solstice Soprano. The album goes on a journey through classical, jazz and popular styles.
