Northern California native, Dina Rao, has performed in such notable clubs as Slim's, Red Devil Lounge, Top of the Mark, Bruno's, Martuni's, Rassela's, Pier 23 and the Fillmore Jazz Festival. Her musical influences include Ann Wilson, Dinah Washington, Adele and Etta James, whose song, At Last, was the catalyst for producing this project. She has teamed up with San Francisco company, Walz Music & Sound, an audio production studio primarily for social, casual, and mobile games as well as a production house for recording artists. Dina contributes her vocals and voiceover talents to the company. Several remixers participated including Wolfram Dettki, former Tommy Boy producer and hit songwriter for dance music artist, Amber. Also involved is Denis Curman, Croatian producer of the #1 hit in Japan by Impressione, Nama Biiru, and previous producer for Croatian star, Nina Badric . There is also an acoustic mix featuring piano by Dr. Dee Spencer, who is a professor of music and Department Chair of Music and Dance at San Francisco State University. The other two tracks are provided by Jesse Maxi Holt, and Nick Hemler of Paradise Last. Dina Rao and Dr. Dee Spencer can be found performing, among other places, at their weekly show at Martuni s piano bar in San Francisco on Saturdays from 9pm-1am. (Paradise Last Mix) is by Nick Hemler. 80's electro, italo eurobeat style.) (Pathos V2 Mix) is by Wolfram Dettki. He produced all of Amber's hits for Tommy Boy. This is a commercial club mix. (Maxi's Dreamification Mix) is by Jesse Holt, a movie and game audio designer. Plus a talented remixer and performer. This is downtempo, ambient and thoughtful.) (McLago Radio Mix) is by the very well-known Italo and House producer from Croatia, Denis Curman. He worked for Time records, A Beat C, and with Universal and Akyr, produced Impressione (most famous single was Nama Biiru) and judges music contests in Croatia. This is a Euro House mix. (Walz Music Acoustic Mix) is by Aaron Walz, well-known composer for games and classical musician. This is acoustic and features Dr. Dee Spencer, who used to play in the Grammy band and is the music department chair at San Francisco State University.
